$95 million senior living project planned for Clayton

A Chicago-area developer has filed plans to build a $95 million senior living facility in Clayton.

Developer Ryan Companies US Inc. said the project, called Clarendale of Clayton, would feature 281 units for independent living, assisted living and memory care at 7651 Clayton Road, according to documents filed with the city.
